1. Print and Cut a Patterned Page and Tabs

Caylee Grey :: How to Make Planner Dividers

These are from the Floral Pretty Documented 2015 Planner. I’m making A5 dividers so I printed the pattern at double that size – a full A4 sheet. I used HP Professional Paper 120 (Inkjet, Matt, 120gsm).

2. Fold the Tabs and Patterned Page

Folding the patterned paper means that you get patterned goodness on both sides, and the white is hidden.

You can double up the fold with a bone folder (or metal ruler if you’re gangster like me).

3. Stick them Down

Prepare the patterned page. Be sure to use dry glue (no evil modge podge).

Same with the tabs. And then close them around the page (take off the tape first).

You see? How gorgeously hidden is the tab?

4. Punch Holes

I used a piece of the Kikki K thinner-than-Moss planner paper as my loose guide.
