Yay! The Gossamer Blue September kits are live. This was the quickest that I’ve ever worked through an entire kit before.
I didn’t like the way the alphas looked in the top left corner of that spread, so I took them off, stopped caring that the backing stuck to the photo, and stuck it down in the place I wanted them to be.
Griffin used to go to a fancy ass parlour for his washes and cuts, but since we’re in a new country and don’t know a great dog hairdresser, we are currently the parlour. Hello, stark white dog, I’ve missed you.
Favourite photo. EVER. Currently my computer and phone background, which says a lot cause I never make photos my background.
There have been a lot of memories lately without photographs. I made a grid with the 2×2″ pockets page to record them, and kept the look consistent with my favourite stamp ever, my date stamp. That punched wooden SMILE embellishment? I had been seeing Paige use that technique a lot in her traditional scrap pages and tried putting different patterned paper underneath. I love the look. I might even try it with a full 12×12 page. Maybe.
This spread has a pretty good representation of German life: Fests, Bier, Griffin, walks, forests, ice cream to cool down crazy heat at 22.00.

Project Life is an awesome, easy way of memory keeping and remembering the small things that make up life. All you need is photos and something to put it in. I just like to get fancy. This is my third year and it still excites me. I’ve blogged spreads for 2008-2013, 2013, 2014, and 2015 (or you can see them at a glance in the galleries: 2008-2013, 2013, 2014, 2015). I share my pages on Instagram too (#cgpl2015).
